• Participate in voting-based competitions

Participation is subject to approval and adherence to all platform rules.

2. Eligibility

By using this platform, you confirm that:

​

• You are at least 18 years old (or have verified parental/guardian consent)

• All information submitted is accurate and truthful

• You have full rights to the content you submit
   

Stage Unlocked reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Submissions & Content Ownership

 

By submitting content, you agree that:

 

• You own or have permission to use all content submitted (video, audio, likeness, etc.)

• Your submission does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws

• Your content complies with platform guidelines and restrictions
   

You grant Stage Unlocked a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

 

• Display

• Promote

• Share

• Distribute your content across digital platforms for marketing and promotional purposes
  
   

4. Content Guidelines & Restrictions

 

Submissions must NOT include:

 

• Hate speech or discriminatory content

• Nudity or explicit material

• Violence or harmful behavior

• Copyright violations

• Any content deemed inappropriate by Stage Unlocked
   

Failure to comply may result in disqualification without refund.

 

5. Music & Copyright Policy

 

Participants may:

 

• Perform cover songs (vocals only)

• Use karaoke, instrumental, or self-produced tracks

• Perform original music or spoken word
   

Participants may NOT:

 

• Use original artist recordings (official studio tracks)

• Use copyrighted audio without proper permission or licensing
   

By submitting, you confirm:

 

• You have the legal right to use all audio in your submission

• You accept full responsibility for any copyright claims
  
   

6. Voting System & Fair Play

 

Stage Unlocked uses a paid voting system to determine advancement.

 

By participating, you agree that:

 

• Votes are final and non-transferable

• All vote purchases are non-refundable

• Attempting to manipulate votes (fraud, bots, artificial engagement) is strictly prohibited
   

Stage Unlocked reserves the right to:

 

• Audit voting activity

• Remove suspicious votes

• Disqualify contestants engaging in unfair practices
  
   

7. Advancement & Elimination

• Advancement is based on vote totals and/or platform discretion

• Not all participants will advance

• Decisions made by Stage Unlocked are final
   

Participants are responsible for:

 

• Meeting all deadlines

• Submitting required materials on time
   

Failure to do so may result in elimination.

 

8. Entry Fees & Payments

• Submission fees are required for participation in each entry cycle

• Voting is made available through both free and optional paid voting methods

• Paid voting options are offered to enhance engagement but are not required to participate in voting

• All payments are processed securely through the platform

• All payments are final and non-refundable
   

Stage Unlocked reserves the right to modify pricing, voting structure, and promotional offers at any time.

9. Prizes & Winner Responsibilities

 

• Prize amounts (e.g., $500 Grand Prize) are subject to change and will be clearly stated

• Winners may be required to:
   

  • Verify identity

  • Complete eligibility documentation

  • Provide payment details
     

Winners are solely responsible for:

 

• Any applicable taxes

• Compliance with local laws regarding prize winnings
   

Failure to complete required steps may result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

10. Platform Rights & Discretion

 

Stage Unlocked reserves the right to:

 

• Approve or deny any submission

• Remove content at any time

• Disqualify participants for rule violations

• Modify competition structure, timelines, or rules as needed
   

All decisions are final.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

Stage Unlocked is not responsible for:

 

• Technical issues, delays, or platform interruptions

• Loss of data or content

• User error during submission or participation
   

Participation is at your own risk.

12. Account Use (If Applicable)

 

If accounts are created:

 

• Users are responsible for maintaining account security

• Any activity under your account is your responsibility
   

Stage Unlocked reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion

13. Changes to Terms

 

Stage Unlocked may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

15. Continued Participation & Advancement Fees

 

Participation in Stage Unlocked is structured in competitive rounds.

By entering the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

• Your initial submission fee grants access to one ( 1 ) entry cycle only

• Advancement within the competition requires continued participation and a new submission fee for each subsequent round or cycle​

• Each round is treated as a new entry period and requires a new submission fee unless a prior submission has been officially rolled over to the next cycle due to timing

• Failure to submit required content and/or payment within the designated timeframe (typically 48 hours) may result in forfeiture of your advancement position.

• Advancement is not automatic

16. Late Submission & Cycle Placement
 

• Submission received after the official deadline will not be considered for the current cycle

• Late Submissions will automatically rolled over and considered for the next available entry cycle

• Submission fees associated with late entries will remain valid for the next cycle and are non-refundable

• It is the participants responsibility to submit within the designated timeframe to be eligible for the intended cycle
